The delivery time for online orders is normally 1 - 2, the delivery time for personalized order products is 1 - 3 weeks from the approval of the print.

The subscriber will receive a VAT receipt by email when the order has been received.
The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days. If you want to exchange or return the product, please contact us first by email at: info@gmoodi.fi
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If you picked up the product from our workshop, the return will be made to the workshop.
G-moodi reimburses the price of the returned product/products when the return has been received and the product/products found eligible for refund. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Remember to return all parts of the product. Refunds are made to the payment method that was also used in the original payment.
NOTE Personalized products do not have the right of return, as the product is always unique and designed for the customer. A print of each personalized product is sent to the customer, to which small changes can be submitted to be made once. In the manufacture of a personalized product, the price consists of most of the time spent on the design work, if after receiving the print you want to cancel the deal, we will refund half of the final price of the product as well as the shipping costs. Accepting the print is a purchase decision. There is also no right of return for products sold at a reduced price or sold as second-rate. However, if there is an error in the personalized product, please contact us by email.
